A prestigious global Am Law firm is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator to join its Marketing & Client Development team. This highly visible role will provide strategic operational, project management, and executive support to the firm's Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing leadership while helping drive department-wide initiatives, budgeting, reporting, and operational excellence. This role will be hybrid in Washington, D.C.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative and project management support to the Chief Marketing Officer, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, presentations, and expense reporting.
- Coordinate department meetings, trainings, retreats, onboarding, and internal communications while supporting day-to-day Marketing & Business Development operations.
- Manage marketing collateral, intranet content, CRM databases (DealCloud), and other marketing technology platforms to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of marketing technologies, knowledge management platforms, and digital marketing initiatives, including website updates and blog content.
- Lead the department's annual budget tracking and forecasting, preparing financial reports, monitoring expenditures, and partnering with budget owners to manage spending throughout the year.
- Coordinate department events, social functions, and other firmwide initiatives while supporting cross-functional collaboration across Marketing & Client Development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 7 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing operations, project management, executive support, or business operations within a law firm.
- Strong organizational, project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience preparing reports, tracking budgets, and analyzing data.
- Experience with CRM platforms (DealCloud or similar) and marketing technologies is preferred.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
