Job Title: Smart Lock Device Installer (Chicago, Illinois & Milwaukee, Wisconsin)
Job Summary: We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Smart Lock Device Installers to join our team in a retail setting. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and configuring smart lock devices at various retail locations, ensuring proper functionality and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure smart lock devices at retail businesses.
- Ensure proper alignment, functionality, and security of installed devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently.
- Adhere to safety and operational guidelines during installations.
- Work collaboratively with Lead Technicians to ensure installations are completed on schedule.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of smart devices, hand tools, and mobile phone applications.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail installation, technical support, or a related field is preferred.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and work in confined spaces.
