Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Estimator at Buchanan Plumbing, located in Hiram, GA. The Project Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project requirements and preparing accurate cost estimates. You will collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure that budgets, timelines, and guidelines are met. Responsibilities also include analyzing construction proposals, determining materials and labor costs, reviewing project specifications, and contributing to financial decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Cost Management, Budgeting, and understanding of plumbing project financials
- Strong experience and proficiency with Trimble Estimating software
- Expertise in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation methods
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and analytical skills for preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as estimating software and spreadsheets is a plus
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and industry best practices
