This is a highly collaborative, partner-facing opportunity offering exposure to strategic pitches/RFPs, Chambers and directory submissions, client engagement initiatives, thought leadership, competitive intelligence, CRM management, events, and cross-functional marketing strategy within a fast-paced global legal environment.
This role can sit hybrid in NYC, D.C., or Chicago.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting pitches, proposals, and client presentations
- Assisting with Chambers, Law360, and ranking submissions
- Coordinating webinars, seminars, and client development events
- Supporting client alerts, blogs, newsletters, and podcasts
- Conducting market, competitor, and client research
- Managing CRM and business development tracking systems
- Supporting lateral integration and client engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- 2 years of legal or professional services business development/marketing experience
- Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience working with attorneys and senior stakeholders
- Exposure to CRM platforms and data-driven marketing tools
Salary : $65,000 - $82,000
