Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Schedule service calls and appointments
- Enter customer, project, and billing information into Quickbooks
- Process invoices, work orders, and purchase orders
- Coordinate with field electricians regarding schedules and project documentation
- Perform general office duties including copying, scanning, and data entry
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Quickbooks experience preferred
Salary : $15 - $30
