GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Maintenance personnel perform routine and preventive maintenance in the repair and maintenance of buildings, facilities and equipment within Buchanan County Medical Health Center facility locations. Due to on-call work schedule, this position requires personnel to reside within a 30 minute commute time from the facility.

EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Must hold or be able to acquire a valid driver’s license and meet organizational insurability standards.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Three to four years experience preferred but not required either in a specific trade or in general building maintenance and repair.

General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
