- GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- The Clinical Social Worker will assure medical related social services are provided to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each patient or resident of all ages.
- EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
- Basic Life Support certification preferred.
- Licensed as a Social Worker in the State of Iowa required.
- Master's degree in social work or nursing.
- WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Three or more years of social work in a health care setting.
- Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a self-directed role.
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and team building skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple work assignments and manage time efficiently.
- Flexibility in accepting diverse work assignments and managing stress related to change.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
