- GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- The Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) provides behavioral health services for outpatient patients across the lifespan and collaborates with patients, families, providers, and community resources to support mental, emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial well-being through assessment, therapeutic intervention, care coordination, and education. The LMSW practices under the clinical supervision of a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) as required by state licensure requirements and organizational standards.
- EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
o Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
o Current Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in Iowa and maintained in good standing
o Child and Dependent Adult Mandatory Reporter Training
o Current BLS certification
- WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
o Experience providing behavioral health assessment, psychotherapy, and care coordination preferred.
o Healthcare or behavioral health social work experience preferred.
o Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Salary Range: $28.23-$39.52
Location: Buchanan County Health Center · BC INDEE CLINIC
Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday - Thursday
Salary : $28 - $40
