What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Associate - Los Angeles position at BUCHALTER?
We are currently seeking 3rd to 7th year associate candidates to support our Los Angeles Office's Corporate Practice Group. The ideal candidate have experience with a broad range of transactional and governance matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, publicly and privately traded securities, corporate maintenance and formation, corporate finance, licensing, and venture capital financing. Any experience working with investment advisors on merger and acquisitions or general counseling is a plus. Candidates must have excellent credentials from a top law school, be licensed to practice in California and should also have strong writing skills.

Pay Scale: The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $185-$235k, with bonus potential of up to $106,000. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range, and the potential for bonus and bonus amount, will depend on candidate’s years of practice and experience and performance.
