Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant role based in Wilmington, DE. The Leasing Consultant will greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and clearly communicate community features, pricing, and lease terms. Responsibilities include processing applications, preparing and executing leases, and supporting accurate lease administration in the property management system. The role involves providing attentive customer service, addressing applicant questions. The Leasing Consultant will also assist with daily office operations, maintain accurate records, help implement marketing and outreach efforts, and collaborate with the management team to ensure a positive resident experience.
Qualifications
- Experience with leasing functions, including leases and lease administration, and the ability to explain lease terms clearly and accurately.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse residents, prospects, and team members.
- Prior experience in sales or hospitality role is preferred.
- Comfort with basic office software and property management systems, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Wilmington, DE, including some evenings or weekends as business needs require
