Evening Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive atmosphere in our restaurant.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality and guest relations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a server role, preferably in a fine dining setting.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively.
• Excellent guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
• Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill processing.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and strong communication skills are essential.
