1. On time means ON TIME.

If your shift starts at 9:00 AM, we expect you to be ready to work at 9:00 AM — not pulling into the parking lot at 9:05, sending a text that says "I'm almost there," or blaming traffic every single day.

Arriving at 8:59? Beautiful. Ready at 9:00? Perfect. Consistently late? Not so bubbly.

2. Respect is a two-way street.

We expect respectful communication with coworkers, management, and clients. We're all adults, and we can disagree without turning a small conversation into a three-season Netflix drama.

We want teammates who help create a positive work environment, not one where everyone feels like they need popcorn to survive the day.

3. Feedback is part of the job.

Nobody knows everything, and nobody gets everything right the first time. That's why we're willing to train!

When we offer feedback, it's because we want you to succeed and maintain the quality our clients expect. We're looking for people who listen, ask questions when needed, make adjustments, and put that feedback into practice.

-What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning residential homes, offices, and commercial properties.
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces.
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Performing deep-cleaning tasks and paying attention to details.
• Following cleaning checklists, company procedures, and client instructions.
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely.
• Working independently and with other team members.
• Respecting clients' homes, belongings, businesses, and privacy.
• Communicating professionally and notifying management of any issues.

Yes, some days will be physically demanding. Yes, some messes will make you question humanity. But when we work together, we get through it!

-What We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible individuals.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• A willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
• A respectful attitude and the ability to work well with others.
• Ability to follow directions and meet company standards.
• Comfort with physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and lifting typical cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person.
