Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple commercial facilities, including offices, industrial sites, and hospitality venues.
• Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff, providing training on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize efficiency while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee the use of cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and inventory management.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and enforce quality standards.
• Manage adherence to sanitation protocols specific to industrial cleaning, hospitality environments, or healthcare settings as required.
• Foster excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and maintaining professional communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning management or custodial supervision within industrial, hospitality, or healthcare settings.
• Strong leadership skills with previous team supervision or management experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning operations, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
• Expertise in sanitation practices specific to industrial cleaning, laundry services, or hotel housekeeping management.
• Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and liaise with clients.
• Ability to develop efficient cleaning & sanitation management strategies that meet industry standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, supplies, and equipment logistics efficiently.
