Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our childcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children of various age groups, including infants and toddlers. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage a team, and a commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the daycare, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards.
• Supervise and support staff in delivering high-quality care and educational experiences for children.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes childhood development and learning.
• Foster positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and the community to enhance the daycare's reputation and support family engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and incident reports.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's needs and implement behavior management strategies as necessary.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for all children in care.
• Provide first aid as needed and maintain up-to-date certifications in CPR and first aid.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is essential.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including childhood development theories.
• Familiarity with special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Previous experience in classroom management, teaching, or caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
