Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of boba tea beverages, gelato, and other specialty treats with precision and care
- Operate POS systems such as Clover POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, ensuring food safety compliance at all times
- Engage with customers warmly, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Restock supplies, manage inventory levels, and ensure the workspace is organized and hygienic
- Assist with food handling tasks such as bussing tables, cleaning equipment, and supporting kitchen operations when needed
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurant environments preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
