Job Summary
Corner 17 is expanding our Boba team! We're currently hiring 2 full-time and 3–5 part-time Boba Tea Baristas.
We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Boba Baristas to join our team. If you're energetic, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you! No previous Boba tea experience is required—we'll train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Schedule Requirements
Applicants must be available to work the following shifts:
- Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Friday: 5:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: Open availability
Reliable transportation is required.
Responsibilities
As a Boba Tea Barista, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, and keeping the workspace clean and organized during both slow and busy hours.
- Prepare Boba, milk tea, fruit tea, and specialty drinks according to recipes
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly service
- Handle cash register and payment systems when assigned
- Follow opening, rush, and closing procedures
- Restock ingredients, cups, lids, and toppings as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and shared areas
- Communicate with team members to keep operations running smoothly
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Team-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
- Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be available to work the required schedule listed above.
