Job Overview
Join BTTS Holdings, where we own and operate seven event venues, an in-house catering company, and an in-house floral company. We are looking to hire a full-time enthusiastic Event Sales Executive
As an Event Sales Executive you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships during the touring, quoting & sale process. Our special events department oversees all corporate and social events outside of typical wedding bookings.

Responsibilities for candidate
· Have organized efforts to ensure all follow ups and quote edits are made and shared with prospecting or repeat client.
· Have full understanding of contract and ability to communicate specifics to client and all departments.
· Connecting Client with correct internal department (if applicable)
· Customer Service motivated – modeling our culture and values to exceed client and coworker expectations
· Responsible for attending two networking events/month to continue to build brand awareness and make organic B2B connections
· Responsible for weekly cold calls
· Focus on unique opportunities to increase event sales
· Responsible for working with Director of Sales to project, plan and hit annual target sales goals for Corporate, Social and Non-Profit events along with identifying potential sales opportunities and client needs opportunities
· Responsible for working with Director of Sales to develop a professional & personal growth and development plan with measurable and achievable goals along the way
· Serve as the lead and primary communication for your prospecting & qualified clients until deposit and signed contract are in
· Provide client a warm introduction to their event coordinator to continue to plan and coordinator their upcoming event
· Communicate any information gained in the tour and follow up conversation with the Director of Event Operations and/or Venue Coordinator
· When scheduled, act as the on site event contract/coordinator for assigned special events, monitoring the entire event production from client arrival to conclusion or staff change.
· Serve as an enthusiastic public facing representative of BTTS, modeling friendly, approachable and attentive customer service for internal staff to follow
· Participate in internal and external meetings as required, including but not limited to walkthroughs and detail meetings at event spaces for client and vendors, department meetings, staff meetings, pre-shift meetings, etc.
· Participate in partnered events, new venue launch efforts, company service & volunteer days
· Provide daily support and guidance to department team members, as well as monitor job performance to ensure an unforgettable private event experience for our guests
· Collect all deposits & signed contract prior to moving to “definite” status
· Manage and lead cross functional relationships with all Internal Departments to ensure all teams are on the same page.
· Attend weekly meetings with Director of Sales & Department to review sales, staffing, room set ups, vendors and plan for upcoming events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year PLUS COMMISSION
