Location:In Person Highlandtown Elementary/Middle School: Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:00-6:30 PMMary Ann Winterling Elementary/Middle School: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:00-6:30 PMEssential Functions:Facilitate weekly group therapy sessions to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development. Provide individual counseling to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral health. Collaborate with OrchKids staff, caregivers, and the clinical team to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services. Track and document attendance, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with agency.Support the overall OrchKids community by serving as a resource for strategies that promote positive student well-being. Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, including confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.Other duties as assignedEmployee Benefits:Company sponsored CEUsFree & Consistent Clinical SupervisionGroup Supervision SUPERVISION AND COORDINATION OF SERVICESThe OrchKids Clinician reports directly to their immediate supervisor and/or the Clinic Director. The OrchKids Clinician will also collaborate with other professionals and care providers through interdisciplinary teamwork. The Orchkids Clinician adheres to ethics of their respective profession. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The Orchkids Clinician must have the following experience, knowledge, or abilities:Maintain professional license in the state of MD to provide therapy servicesExperience in working with and/or the ability and knowledge to provide comprehensive services to the population with which they are assigned to workBilingual is a plusCredentialed with Commercial Insurance is a plusKnowledge of psychiatric diagnoses as defined by theAmerican Psychiatric Association, assessment, human development, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapyCompetency in treatment planning, advocacy, care coordination, and clinical skillsAbility to function on an interdisciplinary treatment teamExcellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skillsSensitivity to and understanding of cultural diversity and special needs populationsValid Driver's License and clear driving record Age Requirement:Be at least 21 years of age Education and Experience:Mental Health Professional licensed by the state of Maryland (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC).
