What You’ll Do:
- Provide mental health services to individuals and families, conducting thorough assessments and offering client centered care
- Document progress, write detailed notes, and maintain accurate records
- Offer compassionate support to help clients manage life challenges and improve their overall well-being
- Utilize evidence-based practices to drive positive outcomes and deliver the highest quality care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, professional, and ethical standards
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients’ needs and support their emotional growth
Who You Are:
- Determined and result driven individual while maintaining strict adherence to regulations and ethical standards
- Knowledgeable, highly organized, and innovatively-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Competent, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
What You Need:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience providing therapy, particularly to children and families
- Active LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, or LCSW-C licensure in the state of Maryland
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work with a diverse population and demonstrate cultural sensitivity
- Openness to see clients in-person
