Landscape/ Hardscape Foreman (3 yrs exp. req)

We are seeking a Foreman to join our team!

BTS Landscaping is an established landscape company that has been serving Morris County for over 25 years. We are a high quality, not high quantity company looking for passionate and committed employees who share our values. We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated person to fill the position of Landscape/ Hardscape Foreman to work under the direction of the Construction Manager. This is a full time, year round position.

6:45 am start Monday through Friday. With opportunity for overtime. Starting wage range is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience.

Landscape/ Hardscape Foreman Requirements:

• Clean, Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 3 years hardscape experience. (pavers, wall block, masonry, bluestone)
• Maintain high standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain organization of tools, equipment and materials.
• Experience operating skid steer, backhoe, dump truck and other related machinery.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and able to lift minimum 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers and clients.
• Snow removal experience a plus.
• Must be 18 or older.

Landscape/ Hardscape Foreman Responsibilities:

• Execute proper hardscape construction techniques.
• Supervise a crew of 2 and be able to give clear direction.
• Track job expenses and daily timesheets.
• Maintain neat and orderly job sites and company trucks.
• Must be punctual and maintain a professional appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
