Responsibilities
- Lead a crew of 2 employees
- Perform and oversee planting, pruning, weeding, and bed maintenance
- Install and remove seasonal containers and holiday décor
- Coordinate daily job tasks and ensure quality standards
- Communicate with clients and management
- Load/unload trucks, tools, and materials
- Safely operate trucks and equipment
- Track time and materials
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment
- Follow safety procedures
Qualifications
- 3 years landscaping, fine gardening, or horticulture experience
- Crew leader or foreman experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong communication skills
- U.S. work authorization required
Salary : $21 - $25
