What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stainless Steel Welder/Fabricator position at BTR - Double L?
We’re hiring a welder/fabricator to build stainless steel equipment from start to finish. You’ll be cutting, fitting, welding, and assembling parts based on prints.
What you’ll do
- Weld stainless steel (MIG)
- Read and follow blueprints
- Cut, prep, and fit materials
- Grind and finish parts
- Work with brakes and basic shop tools
- Keep your area clean and safe
Requirements
- At least 1 year welding (stainless preferred)
- Can read blueprints
- Solid work ethic and reliability
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Can weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
- Pays attention to detail
