Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of operational staff and on-site contractors.
- Monitor progress of the production plan in accordance with established schedules.
- Verify the proper execution of work in compliance with drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate the receipt and control of materials in collaboration with the quality department.
- Report progress, incidents, and production deviations to immediate management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site.
Requirements
- Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Industrial, Production Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience supervising production in construction projects.
- Experience in civil works, networks, collectors, or infrastructure projects (preferred).
- Ability to lead operational teams in the field.
- Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word).
- Availability for on-site work.
