Functions
- Lead and coordinate the activities of Service and Installation Contracts, including the on-site work team.
- Monitor compliance with the contractual, legal, technical, administrative, and programmatic conditions of the Contract.
- Verify and control compliance with the project execution plan, covering civil works, equipment installation, and coordination of interfaces between disciplines.
- Supervise and control on-site execution of the Project's Network and Collector System, including civil works and the necessary infrastructure for sanitary sewerage in the assigned area.
- Prepare receipt reports in accordance with technical specifications and the inspection points program.
- Receive materials on site, complete receipt reports, and verify the documentation accompanying each shipment.
- Deliver receipt reports to the Quality unit for validation, classification, and internal control.
- Develop specific procedures for material reception, handling, storage, and transportation.
- Establish storage and protection standards to prevent deterioration based on material type.
- Communicate these standards to the site personnel for their application and compliance.
- Immediately stop any execution process that does not comply with established procedures or represents a risk to quality or safety.
Requirements
- Preferably a degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in Production/Construction within infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience in civil works or construction projects.
- Preferably experience in sanitary sewerage projects, networks, and collectors. Proficient in reading plans and specifications.
- Ability to prioritize activities and ensure efficient task execution on site.
- Adequate handling of documentation, reports, and daily/weekly planning.
- Responsible management of technical, contractual, and administrative information.
- Act with proactivity, accuracy, and compliance with on-site standards.
- Knowledge of design and supervision software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D desirable).
- Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Use of Project or Primavera P6 for site control.
- Knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and processes for equipment and network installation.
- Ability to manage site reports, inspections, drawings, specifications, and procedures.
