Major Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide pos system and payment processing technical support,remotely or on-site as needed,
· Train store staff to use full function of POS system and payment processing hardware, service customers accurately and effectively.
· Always look for ways to improve efficiency, cost savings, and operator profitability in the forefront of training efforts. learning new technologies at related field
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
· Previous experience at POS system and payment processing field
· clear, effective verbal and written communication skills, Chinese and English bilingual
· High energy level and enthusiasm
· Enjoys and is capable of learning new technology
