The Richmond campus of Bryant & Stratton College is accepting applications for a full-time Test Center Supervisor.
Position Summary:
The Test Center Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the testing center to ensure a secure, professional and welcoming environment for all test candidates. This role ensures strict adherence to testing policies and procedures while supervising and supporting test center staff.
Essential Job Function and Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the test center, including opening/closing procedures, staffing, and candidate scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with all testing procedures, security protocols, and test proctor requirements.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate proctors or test center staff.
- Monitor test sessions to ensure integrity and fairness in the testing process.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, test irregularities, and candidate concerns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT or vendors when necessary.
- Handle candidate inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain testing materials, inventory, and secure documentation as required.
- Generate regular reports and submit documentation to corporate or sponsor entities.
- Promote a positive, calm, and organized environment for test-takers and staff.
Minimum Qualifications/Competencies Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required, and two plus years of experience in a testing center, administrative, or customer service environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, identify and report on trends, maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, build and promote strong relationships with students, faculty, and associates in all departments
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to follow strict procedures.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
