Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Industrial Automation to own and drive new revenue generation across the automotive and EV manufacturing market. A high-impact, technically grounded commercial leadership role for someone who can credibly sell complex automation solutions - robotic assembly lines, PLC-controlled manufacturing cells, EV powertrain automation, and Industry 4.0-enabled smart factories - directly to automotive OEMs, Tier 1 manufacturers, and EV companies.
Role Overview:
Lead the end-to-end BD function for industrial automation programs — identifying, pursuing, and closing new revenue opportunities across automotive OEM, Tier 1, and EV manufacturing customers, while establishing Brydgy's brand as a premier automation and smart manufacturing partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the US automation BD pipeline from market mapping through
- RFQ, proposal, negotiation, and award
- Develop new business with OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers: GM, Ford,
- Stellantis, Toyota, BMW
- Target EV manufacturers: Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, and legacy OEM EV

- Conduct deep market intelligence on US automation trends and
- translate into BD strategy
- Develop compelling automation capability presentations and RFQ

- Act as commercial liaison between customers and internal
- Coordinate with Engineering & Sales Director on RFQ prioritization

- Track and report BD pipeline metrics: pipeline value, win/loss rates,
