CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to answer phone calls professionally and helpfully
- Strong data entry skills and computer proficiency
- Ability to dispatch service calls to technicians clearly and efficiently
- Ability to manage paper filing and routine office tasks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
At least two years of customer service representative experience is a plus, but you can also be trained.
