Job Description
Position is full-time, first shift position Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

- Acting as the bio/pharmaceutical client liaison within the laboratory by communicating client's requirements to the technical staff by maintaining project-related documentation.
- Communicating desired turnaround times, and managing information flow
- Facilitating and organizing client audits, visits, and conference calls; monitoring ongoing projects and providing status updates as needed
- Auditing client sample paperwork and resolving discrepancies
- Overseeing the general administration of bio/pharmaceutical projects (issuing quotations, answering billing and reporting questions, and scheduling sample pickups)
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in science or business preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (including ability to ask appropriate question to attain necessary information to keep projects moving forward);
- Attention to detail in writing, proofreading, and communications; Dedication to quality processes; demonstrate excellent customer service practices;
