JOB TITLE: Admissions Administrative Assistant
STATUS/HOURS: Part Time – Day/Evening Hours (Mon-Thurs: 1pm-8pm), Some Saturdays as necessary
DEPARTMENT: Admissions
REPORTS TO: Admissions Office Coordinator
LOCATION: Wauwatosa Campus

Job Functions:
- Greets visitors
- Answer and direct calls
- Responsible for retrieving & routing voice mail messages
- Support entire new student enrollment process
- Maintain all Admissions spreadsheet information
- Enter and maintain student records in Anthology Reach and Ellucian BANNER
- Complete real-time inventory of Admission supplies to include: enrollment packets, program packets, and brochures
- Maintain admissions calendar and communicate events and deadlines
- Assist with Admissions Department Reports
- Project work, as necessary
- All other duties assigned as necessary by the Admissions Office Coordinator and/or Market Director of Admissions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Ability to meet and deal effectively with students and visitors
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all associates
- Requires good planning, organizing, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related area preferred, Associates Degree Required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Highly organized
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to successfully perform multi-task operations – attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to use good judgment and problem-solve
