- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for communicating with diverse client bases
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and sales activities efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory control, automotive inventory management, and marketing strategies
- Outstanding communication skills including phone etiquette, public speaking, and active listening abilities
- Demonstrated ability in outbound cold calling, upselling, and developing a healthy sales pipeline
- Knowledge of dealership operations, retail math, inventory management, and customer service best practices
