Our salary ranges from $36,000-$50,000 per year plus monthly commissions. This is a Base Commission role paid through W2.

Requirements
What You Bring:
- A people-first attitude with strong communication skills.
- Motivation to succeed, learn, and grow.
- Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (not required-assistance to obtain given).
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required, we provide training!
