Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage a team of insurance sales representatives
- Set and track sales goals, performance metrics, and KPIs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the agency’s client base
- Coach team members through role-playing, feedback, and ongoing development
- Monitor pipeline activity and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top sales talent
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide support on complex cases
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership or management (insurance preferred)
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team in a performance-driven environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
