General Contractor searching for Project Engineer with construction experience to join our team in Centennial, CO. The Project Engineer performs engineering design evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints. Provides technical support for the engineering process and contributes to the completion of a project. This position is responsible for the compilation of project change requests. The project engineer will track project changes for both owners and subcontractors. They will work closely with the Project Manager to understand the change order process.
Strong RFI, Submittal, Change Order and Meeting Minute skills.
Proficient With Various Computer Software
Summary Pay Range

- Responsible for the administration of all aspects of the construction project.
- Assist Project Manager in generating and managing project budgets, cost controls and project related invoicing.
- Coordinates subcontractors, vendors, material suppliers, hired labor forces, inspectors, testing labs and others as required to fulfill the requirements of the schedule and project(s).
- Responsible for the generation of change orders and claim proceedings.
- Familiar with the unique aspects of the job and properly establish and maintain appropriate document control.
- Responsible for timely submittal of all reports as required and/or requested by management or clients.
- Accuracy/thoroughness/execution
- Finish early - everything (This is expected at this point)
- Learn about project budgets, changes, and how to read financial reports
- Teamwork/team player - support and back-up teammates
- Good communicator with a strong understanding of the construction processes

- Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering.
- 2 years of project experience working in the construction industry required
- Experience with commercial construction preferred
- Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools, Procore, exposure to schedule software, preferably Asta Powerproject
