- Manage inventory and handle material
- Possess the ability to work with all levels of management
- Maintain Lean Manufacturing Standards
- Experience in all areas of Machining
- Extreme attention to detail and maintain quality standards
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Must be a self-starter and motivator
- Ability to meet scheduled timelines
- Work in a fast-paced team environment
- Possess excellent leadership and communication skills
- Previous experience in Machine Room preferred
