Due to our current growth, we have a need to hire an additional Account & Sales Manager for our Mentor, Ohio or Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We are looking to hire an Experienced Account & Sales Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships and creating a visibly strong and positive presence for the company. We are looking for employees that will not only help our company grow, but will grow with the company.
As the Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for bringing in profitable new business to the company. We are looking for a person who knows landscaping and how to sell it. Our account sales managers will help schedule jobs, run crews, and inspect the work being done. For the right candidate, we will be offering a sign on bonus totaling
$1500.00 (Bonus will be paid in two parts $ 750.00 after 6 month and $ 750.00 after 1 year service).

Responsibilities:
- Must be able to Sell Landscaping and Snow.
- Work with the field supervisors and foremen regarding scheduling.
- Schedule work in the most efficient manner
- Time-keeping and organizational skills.
- Assist with the hiring, training, and retention of employees
- Strive to meet sales-to-budget goals.
- Verify the accuracy of customer database information.
- Run weekly meeting with Landscape and snow crews.
- Manage the maintenance of all company equipment.
- You must have computer skills, including all Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge and use of Landscaping software (LMN).
- Must have great communication skills.
- Must have experience with Skid Steer, Mowers, Loaders, Snowplows and power tools
- Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 7 Years of Experience in the Lawn Care/Landscape/Snow Removal Industry in Sales & Account management.
- 7 years of Experience with working knowledge in the Lawn Care/Landscape/Snow Removal Industry
- Clean driving record
