Duties
- Prepare and produce a variety of ice cream flavors using established recipes
- Operate commercial ice cream machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Decorate and present ice cream products with appealing cake decorating techniques when needed.
- Package finished products carefully to ensure freshness and quality during storage and sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Support customer service efforts by providing product information and sampling assistance when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food production
- Knowledge of cake decorating, baking, and food handling practices.
- Weekend Availability
- Experience in food industry settings
