Full-time House Keeping Assistant Manager "Evening Shits"
24 / 7 responsibility
7 to 10 years hospital based housekeeping, janitorial infection, control, cleaning standard expertise, direct hands-on supervision, monitoring and guidance to a team of housekeepers with long-term dedicated experience
Responsible for assisting in scheduling deployment assignment, direct hands on monitoring supervision, guidance, and assistance where needed
Working knowledge of infection, control practices, standards for clean and safe environment, line handling
Must communicate effectively and clearly bilingual preferred
Housekeeping in hospital based behavioral health or general will substitute for the required AA or BA degree
This position will be a part of the Quality leadership team to assist in the initiatives of creating a safe clean and quality environment working alongside a dedicated tenure team of staff and leaders within the HOSPITAL leadership cabinet
position will report report directly to the Chief Quality Officer/House Keeping Manager
Position will work collaboratively with the director of environmental services, aligning skills, expertise, and leadership in structuring a team for a safe, clean hospital environment for staff and patient
Responsibilities will include as above scheduling computer, entry maintenance of inventory logs, OSHA standards and infection control practices implemented during cleaning and housekeeping functions.
Salary : $42,000 - $56,000
