Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools needed for daily tasks
- Help with the installation of structural elements such as framing, drywall, or flooring under supervision
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and correctly
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Support team members in maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the residential field or equivalent
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices and procedures (training provided if needed)
- Reliable transportation to job sites; flexibility to work various shifts as required
- Must be committed to maintaining a safe work environment at all times
