- Continental Night Shifts: 6:00pm – 6:15am

We're seeking an experienced Production Lead to oversee and coordinate the activities of our packaging production team. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring operational effectiveness, improving production and labor efficiency, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Determine production needs based on schedules to ensure operational effectiveness and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with Supervisors to improve production and labor efficiency
- Communicate shift performance, address issues, and implement plans for improvement
- Analyze variances, initiate plans to motivate workers, and develop subordinates
- Utilize employees productively to increase shift labor and production efficiencies
- Coordinate activities, analyze and resolve work problems, and ensure adherence to product specifications and good manufacturing practices
- Conduct periodic safety audits, ensure good housekeeping, equipment cleanliness, and a safe work environment
- Perform minor maintenance duties on production equipment and fulfill Production and QA duties as needed
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2-5 years of manufacturing experience with related equipment (packaging equipment preferred)
- Experience in Quality Assurance activities
- Sound mechanical ability
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Results-focused with strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
