BILINGUAL TEAM LEAD – MANUFACTURING – 2nd SHIFT!
LOCATION
Euless, TX | Onsite
MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH & ENGLISH!
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $29.54/hour
• Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (Must be willing to work OT)
• Schedule for Training: 6:30 AM–2:30 PM for the first 4 weeks
• Temp-to-Perm
ROLE IMPACT
Lead daily manufacturing operations while helping the production team meet productivity, quality, and efficiency goals. This role uses performance data, coaching, and hands-on leadership to improve team results, address production challenges, and support continuous improvement.
KEY DUTIES
• Lead production employees, monitor daily performance, and support operational goals.
• Track and analyze efficiency, utilization, productivity, labor performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coach, train, motivate, and hold team members accountable for performance and production expectations.
• Use Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems to run reports, review data, and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Adapt to changing production priorities and resolve problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•1 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required!
• Strong computer and reporting skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems, with demonstrated ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications; use measuring tools; and apply strong math and problem-solving skills.
