What you’ll do:
- Represent clients in all phases of civil trial work, including discovery and trial.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, discovery, pleadings, motions and other legal matters.
- Appear in court and take and defend depositions.
- Assist with trial preparations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the California State Bar.
- 2 years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with legal software tools for research and document management.
