Bruni & Campisi of Elmsford, NY is looking to hire a full-time Comfort Advisor / Sales Representative to set appointments and go over HVAC products with our customers in their homes. The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with occasional nights and weekends during peak season. Your hard work will pay off with a commission-driven salary on your sales - even in the first year! Our Comfort Advisors / Sales Representatives typically earn $70,000-$80,000 and more - skies the limit! We offer 9% commission on direct sales with an expectation of completing $1.1 million in sales each year - huge earning potential because we don't cap your commission! A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COMFORT ADVISOR / SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As a Comfort Advisor / Sales Representative, you start each day ready to personally connect with clients and offer them the best possible solutions for their home comfort needs. After warmly greeting each client in their home and answering any questions or listening to any concerns they may have, you recommend appropriate products and explain their associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately. Using your sales skills, you offer solutions for common concerns. You enjoy meeting new people, working at new locations, and that no two days are exactly the same. At the end of the day, you feel good about having facilitated more comfortable homes at fair prices for your clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of sales experience
- Proficiency with computers
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must have your own reliable transportation - we provide mileage reimbursement
