Job Responsibilities
- Customer Assessments & Estimates Evaluate plumbing systems at customer locations and provide accurate recommendations and estimates for repairs, replacements, and upgrades
- Diagnose Issues Identify plumbing problems and determine appropriate solutions based on customer needs
- Service Work Perform light repairs and adjustments as needed while identifying opportunities for additional work
- Customer Communication Clearly explain findings, recommended solutions, and pricing options to customers to support informed decisions
- Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of work performed, estimates provided, and materials needed
- Emergency Response Respond to urgent plumbing service calls as needed
- Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with dispatch, service technicians, and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
- Safety & Compliance Follow company policies and safety standards at all times
- Experience 3 years of hands-on plumbing or plumbing service experience
- Practical Knowledge Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, and piping
- Tool Proficiency Comfortable using standard plumbing tools for service-related tasks
- Customer Service Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and provide a positive customer experience
- Sales Mindset Ability to identify customer needs and confidently present solutions and estimates
- Valid Driver’s License Clean driving record required
