What You’ll Do
- Perform Residential Plumbing Repairs & Maintenance Handle a wide range of services including toilet repairs, faucet installations, water heater replacements, and general plumbing repairs.
- Troubleshoot & Diagnose Issues Inspect systems, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions with confidence.
- Install Plumbing Systems & Fixtures Install and replace sinks, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and more — always following safety and building codes.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain issues, provide accurate estimates, and recommend the best solutions.
- Ensure Code Compliance Complete all work in accordance with local, state, and national plumbing codes.
- Conduct System Inspections Evaluate plumbing systems for performance, water quality, and safety.
- Document Work Using ServiceTitan Track materials, update work orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Promote Safety & Quality Follow all safety protocols to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
- 3 years of residential plumbing experience Skilled in repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Valid New York plumbing license
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software (a plus)
- Strong communication skills Able to explain issues and solutions clearly and professionally.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities
- High attention to detail Committed to quality workmanship and code compliance.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
