Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, baseboards, and other surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, appliances, cabinets, and countertops
- Remove trash and dispose of it properly
- Complete move-out, turnover, and deep-cleaning assignments
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment
- Report damages, maintenance concerns, and missing items to management
- Follow assigned cleaning schedules and checklists
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition
- Ensure each property is left clean, orderly, and ready for occupancy
- Perform other cleaning-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and complete cleaning checklists
- Comfortable working independently
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift cleaning supplies and equipment
- Professional and respectful when working around tenants, residents, and staff
