A leading national building solutions & construction business is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of complex HVAC controls and Building Management System projects across Baltimore & Washington D.C. You'll work on new construction, renovations, tenant improvements, and system upgrades - managing everything from procurement through to commissioning and client handover.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery: schedule, budget, and scope
- Manage subcontractors, cross-functional teams, and client relationships
- Own billing, AIA/SOV processes, cost forecasting, and change orders
- Drive quality assurance, safety culture, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee commissioning, system startup, and final turnover documentation
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
