One of Brunel's major oil & gas clients is looking for a contract Quality & Service Advisor to join their Supply chain group for Fuels, Lubricants and Chemicals. It is a one-year contract to start with and is a fully onsite role in Spring.
o Quality & KPI Expertise related to Supply Chain: Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), the strategic purpose of customer satisfaction KPIs, and their role in driving service excellence.
o Communication & Collaboration: Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across diverse, cross-functional global teams.
o Process Management & Continuous Improvement: Strong affinity for process management with a passion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Familiarity with supply chain capabilities or a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn.
• Detailed job description: The Global Quality & Service Advisor is expected to apply technical skills, knowledge of service and quality systems, and leadership skills to drive service and quality excellence across the EMPS supply chain by ensuring the implementation of effective service and quality processes, tools, and KPIs. This role is responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, harmonize quality practices across value chains, and support global stewardship of key performance indicators.
o Incident Communication: Communicates product quality incidents / events as per notification guidelines
o Improvement Opportunities: Proactively identify and develop improvement opportunities related to service and quality
o Service & Quality Enablement: – Develop, implement, and maintain effective service and quality processes and tools to support global supply chain operations. – Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction KPIs. – Champion change initiatives and ensure effective communication and engagement across global teams.
o Performance Stewardship & Dashboard Management: – Supports SCLT to ensure oversight of quality performance and consistent stewardship and interpretation of service and quality KPIs. – Supports identification of best practices in stewardship processes across teams. – Support maintenance of the EMSCKPI dashboard, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility for users.
o Leadership & Governance: – Lead the SC BPI Council to ensure alignment with Corporate B&PI goals and delivery of key SC BPI initiatives – Lead the Global Quality Community of Practice (CoP) network to facilitate knowledge sharing, alignment, and operationalization of initiatives.
