Role Overview
We are seeking a Mechanical Field Engineer to support the on-site execution, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
This is a hands-on, field-based role, working closely with contractors and vendors to ensure all mechanical systems are installed, tested, and operating at the performance levels required for hyperscale AI environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing installation of mechanical systems (chilled water, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC)
- Supporting commissioning & startup activities
- Working closely with contractors, vendors, and engineering teams on-site
- Troubleshooting and ensuring systems meet performance & reliability standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- 3–8 years’ experience in field engineering / construction / commissioning
- Strong exposure to HVAC, piping, or cooling systems
- Experience in data centers, mission-critical, or large infrastructure projects is a plus
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment
