What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lean Coach position at Brunel?
One of Brunel's major clients within the oil & gas space is currently looking for a contract Lean coach to support their team. The role would be a 1 year to start with a possible extension. The role would require being in the office 5 days a week Monday thru Friday.

- Engage with all levels of the local field operations organization to embed the principles and structure of the Lean Management Framework, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Develop being certified as Lean Coach (Level 3 skill)
- Project Management (50%): Lead lean projects to drive continuous improvement across Permian operations
- Lead larger, more complex end-to-end projects that directly link to strategic objectives (ex. Team-based routing, Dashboarding, etc.)
- Leverage EM Lean Standard to identify lean projects in support of key business goals
- Coordinate calculation, tracking and validation of project benefits
- Field Interface (25%): Develop Lean Practitioners
- Provide Lean Awareness and LP training
- Coach 2-5 LPs toward certification and completion of lean projects
- Leadership Interface (25%): Provide Leadership Coaching
- Provide Lean Leader training
- Coach leadership in principles of Lean including Leaders Standard Work
